I recently had the privilege of speaking at Kepler College Rwanda on The Next Generation Advantage.

I addressed the students and entrepreneurs, and we explored what it truly takes to build businesses that create lasting value.

We examined why many businesses remain heavily dependent on their founders and what it takes to transition from simply generating income to building assets that can grow beyond the founder.

Our conversation covered ownership, systems, distribution, strategic investments, and the different stages of business growth.

We also reflected on why Africa presents one of the greatest wealth-building opportunities for entrepreneurs who are willing to build with a long-term perspective.
